Job Overview:


As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilise various sourcing methods including databases, networking, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements, job specifications, and company culture.
  • Candidate Assessment and Evaluation: Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding assistance. Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
