The Grand Blackpool Hotel presents the Promenade Restaurant, where guest can experience the stunning sea views over Blackpool Promenade whilst enjoying the relaxing setting of our Promenade Restaurant, which serves fresh, delicious cuisine.

We take great pride in the service we provide for our guests, and we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Full-Time Sous Chef who wants to move forward in their career by bringing flair and creativeness in the kitchen.

As Sous Chef, you will be required to:

  • Be team players whose culinary skills and work ethos help to deliver exceptional standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Produce dishes of the highest standards
  • Ensure the kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Sous Chef or an ambitious Chef with a proven record of outstanding culinary experience and teamwork skills with excellent attention to detail.

In return for your commitment, we will support you in this new opportunity, with

  • Up to 28 days holiday including bank holidays per annum
  • Meals on duty (Subject to eligibility)
