Location: We're remote-first (meaning we'd never ask you to come in for set days a week), but we'd love to see you in our London office on occasion for team days, collaborative working and if you need somewhere to work ahead of socials

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Programmatic Executive with a passion for digital advertising to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon DSP, DV360, and other retail media channels, while gaining valuable hands-on experience working with one of the biggest companies in the world. You’ll support our teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of programmatic advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon DSP, DV360, and Trade Desk.
- Work closely with senior team members to analyse campaign performance and help identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support in reporting on campaign performance, pulling data insights to inform client reports.
- Stay up-to-date with programmatic trends to continuously improve campaigns.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of campaign setups, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and timelines.
- Support troubleshooting common campaign issues such as ad rejections or slow pacing, escalating to senior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in programmatic
- A strong interest in digital marketing, social media platforms, and retail media.
- Basic understanding of paid platforms, such as Google Ads Manager, DV360, Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the digital advertising space.
