Future_find are in process with a retained hire, to recruit an Analyst for a growing lender of Leveraged Cashflow facilities across the UK SME and Lower Mid-Markets. These transactions are typically milestone events with a growth focus - e.g. MBOs or Acquisitions.
Our client is a rapidly expanding, with ambitious growth targets and future deal appetite. They focus primarily on corporate transactions in key growth markets across the UK.
We are seeking to engage with transaction-experienced Analysts and Graduates to source a candidate who can assist in running the end-to-end origination and execution cycle for new-to-lender transactions. Ideally you will have had experience working in an origination environment previously and had coverage across the full deal-cycle for leveraged cashflow transactions.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic credit team with a strong lending appetite, where you'll have exposure to multiple deal structures across a variety of sectors. You will learn by doing, and gain exposure to management teams and internal stakeholder relationships.
This position will be based in London (but with WFH flex).
Technical Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, specifically including Excel knowledge and ability to handle complex issues.
- Direct experience of financial modelling and sound understanding of financial statements.
- Knowledge of leveraged finance structures and credit risk considerations.
- Interested in commercial considerations and capability to apply strategic thinking, as well as having an ambitious attitude towards self-development.
- Full compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards at all times.
Whilst we will consider all applicants, we recommend that this role is most suitable for professionals with 2+ years of complementing deal / transaction experience.
