Team Leader - Organic Chemist


We are working with a company who are looking for a Synthetic Organic Chemistry Team Leader.


Responsibilities include:

  • Design and plan projects, including resources and workloads for drug chemistry teams.
  • Manage a team of Organic Chemists.
  • Prepare and review written project reports and presentations
  • Lead on complex synthetic chemistry synthesis.





Ideal candidates:

Will have a organic chemistry/ medicinal Chemistry background gained within a pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotech company.

As a Team Leader you will have a significant experience in the synthesis of small-molecule drugs and have exceptional scientific leadership skills in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry.
