The Client

Our “Power of One” solution for LEGO is a custom-built team created with one purpose in mind – to be LEGO’s partner in unlocking transformative growth in the evolving play landscape. Job Description

The Role

Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where you will play a key part in shaping innovative campaigns across EMEA? Publicis One is looking for a new Planning Manager to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients, LEGO This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, who are trusted and recognized worldwide – and be a part of a team leading the change and driving business into the future. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Account Director to manage and execute strategic plans that captivate audiences and drive results.

Your days will be filled with exciting challenges as you collaborate with various teams, including Investment, Audience & Insights, Offline, and Digital, to bring campaigns to life. By utilizing research tools and data-driven insights, you will help craft compelling campaign responses that resonate with clients and consumers alike.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. Your role will also involve presenting plans to clients, supporting network management, and fostering a vibrant team culture within Publicis One.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience using Excel and PPT.
  • Experience in a media agency, either in a local market planning role or regional / EMEA roles.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels and confidence presenting to both internal staff & clients
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think critically and challenge / question assumptions, to ensure the best possible delivery for your client
  • Analytical abilities, use a broad range of analytical approaches and techniques, being able to translate data into useful learnings and clear actions
