Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager (Contract Management) for an initial 12 month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £23.53/hour PAYE. Hybrid working with two days in the office.


Responsibilities:


- Gathering and developing business requirements for inclusion in contract specifications

- Implementing and managing contracts including financial and project monitoring

- Compliance with the Scottish Public Finance Manual

- Ensure prompt collection and sign-off of invoices

- Liaise across departments to ensure compliance with the contract/s

- Project manage the contract cycle to ensure sufficient commercial cover is implemented timeously


Essential Skills:


- Experience of setting priorities, roles and responsibilities for yourself and others in a project or legal setting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build good professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
