Overview:

The Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Head of Recruitment to assess the effectiveness of the current VP Office recruitment model as well as management of the BAU for VP Office recruitment. They will lead the central team of 7 responsible for permanent recruitment and work closely with the Talentlink operations team of 4 and the Executive Search team. They will be responsible for ensuring delivery against the service catalogue, using this experience to define and benchmark a suitable future state delivery model.


Main purpose of the job:

- Assessing current performance of the existing model and defining the right recruitment model for recruitment into VP Offices to meet client’s needs.

- Leading and coaching a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional recruitment service in line with the service catalogue and established KPIs and leading them through change curve to continuously improve performance.

- Producing, analysing and responding to recruitment data to support model and drive success.

- Focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring a continuous improvement mindset is implemented within recruitment.

- As a member of the recruitment leadership team, supporting the Head of Recruitment by contributing to overall recruitment strategy.
