Key Responsibilities:As a QSHE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, health, and environmental practices within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
Verification and Validation: Ensuring that all product specifications are met during the product realisation process.Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.Improvement Activities: Assisting in the implementation of various improvement initiatives.Internal Audits: Conducting internal process and system audits in alignment with ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.Non-Conforming Material Management: Investigating and managing non-conforming materials through the Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) process.Root Cause Analysis: Identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective and preventative measures.Supplier Performance Monitoring: Regularly assessing supplier performance related to non-conforming products.Supplier Quality Data: Participating in supplier Quality Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing relevant quality data.Customer Concerns: Addressing customer concerns through the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR / 8D) process.Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with various stakeholders on processing, evaluation, and reporting of customer returns.Product Queries: Providing support and advice on product-related queries.Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA): Conducting PFMEA as required.Training and Documentation: Supporting onsite QHSE and IPC610 training activities and assisting in system management documentation.Metrics and KPI Reporting: Reporting on QHSE metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).New Product Introduction (NPI): Supporting NPI, product development, and 'first off' process approval.
Calibration Management: Managing calibration processes and liaising with external providers.Qualifications/Skills:
- HNC or Equivalent: Preferably in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline.
- Attitude: A 'hands-on,' proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
- Quality Management Systems: Excellent knowledge and awareness of ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Audit Skills: Ability to conduct audits on business systems and processes to meet ISO standards.
- Statistical Reporting: Proficiency in preparing, analysing, and reporting quality statistics at all levels.
