[Contract] Digital Marketer


The role

We are looking for an experienced, skilled all well-rounded digital marketer, to work alongside our existing marketing team.


This is the ideal role for an ambitious digital marketer who wants to join a worldwide coaching brand at an exciting time during our rapid growth. As Digital Marketer you will be responsible for proposing, planning and implementing innovative digital and direct response marketing strategies to support the growth of the brand.


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing multi channel direct response marketing campaigns (Ads, email, web, social media)
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns.
  • Coming up with creative and ROI generating marketing strategies.
  • Research and analysis of marketing trends for the fitness industry


The right person will also be supporting coaches inside our business mentoring programmes, with strategy and implementation, to facilitate the growth of their own brands.

Requirements


  • You must have a keen interest or prior experience in the fitness niche.
  • You must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a digital marketer, with demonstrable skills in direct response marketing. We are not looking for someone who does not have a high level of skills in this field.
  • You must have a solid understanding or experience in implementing paid advertising campaigns
  • You must have experience and knowledge in email marketing (Active Campaign and/or MailChimp).
  • You must have experience in social media marketing and be up to date with industry trends.
  • You must have prior experience in CRM & project management systems (Active Campaign, Asana, Trello, Close, GHL)
  • You must have prior experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • You must be a good communicator and display experience of working with a team.
  • You must be able to work at pace and use your own initiative.
  • You must be able to display experience and success in all the areas listed above.

This is a full time freelance contract role
