The Network Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network hardware, software, and best practices to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our networks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust network architectures that support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams, documentation, and configuration records.
  • Conduct network assessments and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Provide expert-level support for network-related issues and troubleshoot network problems.
  • Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for network projects.
  • Mentor and train junior network engineers and IT staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering or architecture roles.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Proficiency with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
  • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
