  • An understanding of the built environment and environmental challenges it faces.
  • Understand local planning policies.
  • Ability to critically read architectural drawings.
  • Excel knowledge imperative.
  • InDesign knowledge useful but not required (or previous use of adobe suite).
  • Impeccable administrative skills.
  • Ability to work both as a team and independently (self-managing workload).
  • Attention to detail when following set criteria and processes.
  • Appropriate communication skills when dealing with client teams in varied sectors and countries.
  • Remote working (ideally within UK time zone).
  • A personal interest in sustainability and health and wellbeing.
