About the Broker BDM


My client is an award winning alternative lender with a competitive product in unsecured business lending. They are quickly becoming the No1 option for brokers due to speed, efficiency & competitive rates.


Trading since 2019, they have brilliant board of national brokers who introduce a high volume of deals allowing the team to increase lending by 150% MoM.


We are now looking to add a BDM to the team of 3, You will be provided with a panel of active brokers with the aim of increasing lending and building strong relationships.


The team are a dynamic vibrant team with a good working environment in the London office. You will be rewarded with strong progression & competitive renumeration structure


As the Broker BDM your responsibilities and duties will include:


  • Work with a panel of active brokers to increase the introduction of unsecured lending deals
  • Work with brokers to educate them on appetite for unsecured lending and ensure my client is at the forefront of the mind when speaking to customers
  • Educate the broker on process and detail to ensure streamlined quick approach to lending
  • Network & build the brand across London to expand broker panel in future
  • Collect documentation & liaise with underwriting to close deals quickly


Essential Skills and Competencies of the Broker BDM is:


  • Sales / BDM experience within the commercial lending market
  • Experience liaising with Brokers ( ideally within unsecured business lending)
  • Organised and proactive mindset
  • Keen to work for a growing brand with a competitive lending appetite
  • Looking for organisation where can make career
  • Self starter / eager to earn good commission
