Are you a talented and ambitious demand generation professional specialising in building campaigns across various channels to drive new business?
We've got an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as we enter a period of great transformation and growth. Waterscan is a sustainable water management advisor that has built an enviable customer portfolio during it's 30 years of business. We work with some of the biggest brands in the UK such as Sainsbury's, BT, Whitbread, Greene King, John Lewis and Coca-Cola, supporting them on their water journey to become more environmentally and socially responsible.
We are looking for a confident, robust, and experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in generating, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads across various channels. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. This role requires a results-oriented, hands-on leader who can work collaboratively across departments, has deep experience in demand generation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and campaign management - Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy, targeting key industries such as hospitality, food production, manufacturing, and retail. Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, content marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.) to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel and attendees to events.
- Marketing automation and analytics - Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to execute lead nurturing campaigns, track lead activity, analyse campaign performance, and adjust strategies to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborative strategy development - Partner with sales, senior management and account management teams to align demand generation efforts with broader company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape campaign strategies
- Reporting and insights - Regularly report on the performance of demand generation initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
The person
- Proven professional with 5+ years’ in demand generation, preferably within a B2B or consultancy environment.
- Appropriate marketing degree or professional qualification.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Touchdown, or similar), CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), and analytics platforms.
Location
The role is based at our head office in Chichester, West Sussex and we offer hybrid working.
Hours
Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours per week
