- Track and analyze social media performance using industry tools, providing detailed weekly and monthly reports.

- Continuously optimize content to drive interaction and community growth.

- Research new tools and methodologies to refine social media activities and stay ahead of trends.

- Collaborate with the team to set and achieve performance targets.

- Monitor and manage social media budgets.


What We're Looking For:


- 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.

- A degree in Marketing or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing and scaling social platforms for multiple brands.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights in an easy-to-understand format.

- Ability to recommend and implement new experiments to optimize performance.

- Experience managing various social media platforms beyond Instagram and X.

- Fluent English (C1).


Bonus Points:


- Experience managing Discord and Reddit communities.

- Video editing skills.

- Interest or experience in AI.

- Additional language skills.
