The role:

Missile System Designer Engineers play a crucial role in the product development process. They assess customer technical requirements to create product specifications, use system design and modelling techniques to analyse system behaviour and inform design decisions, and plan and manage verification and validation to demonstrate advanced functionality and performance. As part of a diverse engineering development team, you will gain in-depth knowledge of missile system design, contributing to the creation of innovative system solutions for our products.


What we want from you:

Applying Systems Engineering: Utilize systems engineering practices across the 'V-model' for the development of complex products.

Tools and Languages: Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Rhapsody) and languages (e.g., SysML) is desirable.

Work Package Management: Experience in managing engineering work packages to achieve valuable outcomes, including coordinating with other engineering teams and subject matter experts.

Partner Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with partners, including customers and suppliers, and build excellent working relationships.

Standards and Assurance: Knowledge of Defence, Military, or aerospace standards and design assurance processes is beneficial.

Professional Growth: A strong desire to develop and enhance your systems engineering skills.
