Responsibilities include:

  • Administer projects effectively, focusing on subcontract development and implementation within the supply chain.
  • Ensure adherence to project payment timescales.
  • Identify commercial risks, opportunities and change events.
  • Conduct monthly internal reporting using CVR and internal commercial management procedures.
  • Manage both live projects and tender opportunities.
  • Prepare cost estimates and subcontract enquiries for tender proposals and compensation events.
  • Manage contract change events, including early warnings, CE notifications, quotations, and integration into new cost and schedule baselines.
  • Optimize cash flow through activity scheduling, monthly valuation submissions, and subcontractor account control.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Awareness and experience of NEC 3 and NEC4 forms of contract (Options A & C)
  • BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent
  • Experience within the Power Transmission & Distribution sector (preferred)
