We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in family law and a proven track record of success in handling a variety of family law cases.

Location: North ManchesterPQE: 3 Years PQE

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, Financial settlement, Cohabitation, TOLATA claims, injunctions, children -liviing arrangement and other issues, adoption, and domestic violence cases.• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are always prioritised.• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for court proceedings.• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.• Strong knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and regulations.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.
