Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our growing team at The Celtic Arms.

Salary/Benefits

You will receive a share of great tips on top of your wage, annual holiday pay and company benefits.

Salary:

  • £11.70 per hour Plus an equal share of tips.

About the Role of FloorSupervisor

We are currently recruiting for a full time Floor Supervisor in our busy restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have many of the following qualities:

  • Supervise and lead the restaurant floor team
  • Provide a high level of customer service, leading by example to our younger staff
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Be able to work in a fast, busy environment working in all areas of the floor
  • Understanding health and safety issues
  • Accuracy in cash handling
  • Be able to lock up the building at the end of the night
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
