Manchester UK, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom Zuto Full time

Digital Analyst

Why Zuto?

Join our team of passionate Zutonites and help transform the car finance experience with simplicity and integrity.

Our journey began in 2006, and we're thrilled to have achieved significant milestones along the way. However, we're not resting just yet. We're continuously striving to reach new heights and achieve even greater successes with our team of over 450 Zutonites.

Behind taking a mortgage, buying a car is likely to be the second biggest purchase we make, and we know that our customers rely on their cars to get to work, take their children to school, take elderly relatives out at the weekend, the list goes on.

We have always said, if we were to achieve our purpose of bringing simplicity and transparency to supporting hundreds of thousands of customers into cars, this would only be half of the story. From our very beginnings, we have always known that we were creating something special at Zuto; redefining what success looks like and leaving a legacy that we could all be proud of.

As a B Corp accredited company, we prioritise people, planet, and profit. This means your wellbeing, development, and voice are valued and you’ll be a part of a business that’s a force for good. We’re also very proud to be recognised by ‘Best Companies’ as a 3 star accredited world class employer, and one of the top 25 Large companies in the UK to work for.

Zuto is committed to nurturing a progressive and inclusive culture and provides equal employment opportunities. No applicant or Zutonite is discriminated against based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

Role responsibilities:

  • Work closely with acquisition channel owners to provide actionable analysis to deliver growth.
  • Performing deep dive analytics and drawing insights which will be presented to the wider team.
  • Building out dashboards and ensuring top quality reporting to ensure the business is making informed data decisions.
  • Understand the online customer journey and use data to deliver insight and a clear testing strategy to various stakeholders
  • Own digital analytics and be the subject matter expert, acting as the GA expert.
  • Involvement in the testing strategy, driving conversion rate optimisation and driving forward an experimental culture
  • Identify areas of opportunity and clearly present actionable recommendations, proposing new ideas to achieve better outcomes
  • Develop our attribution model to understand end to end customer journey and the link between Zuto’s online and offline data.

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • At least 2 years in a marketing / digital / web analyst role
  • Strong understanding of attribution and marketing effectiveness
  • Advanced at using analytics platforms, preferably Google Analytics (GA4) or Big Query.
  • Skilled at visualising data through dashboards and reports
  • Excellent MS Excel with numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Conversion rate optimisation
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of delivering insight which has produced tangible improvements
  • Pro-active and data driven
  • Previous use of Tableau and/or SQL would be advantageous
  • Previous knowledge of Google Big Query would be desirable but not essential

What this role and Zuto will offer you:

  • A friendly, innovative culture where you are encouraged to think creatively and not be afraid to challenge or fail.
  • A flexible hybrid working set up.
  • Be part of a fast-growing business with a real opportunity to make a difference to performance.
  • Upon joining us you’ll be entitled to 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing based on years of service up to 27 days.
  • You’ll also be eligible for your birthday day off and a charity day to use as you choose – our talented Zutonites are encouraged to support our local community through our charitable initiatives but you can also use the day to give back to a group of your choice.

We’re all about enjoying our journey as Zutonites too, from companywide events to team nights out – awards evenings to our internal recognition scheme, we ensure our Zutonites are recognised for values driven and performance-based achievements. We also look after our team for the important stuff too; our cashback health provider covers you for a multitude of treatments and services, including prescriptive, optical and dental as well as massages and specialist therapies. We also offer access to EAP, independent financial advice and a fast track GP service, income protection and discounted perks for travel, cinema and theme parks – plus much more
