Why you’ll love this role:
- Manage daily maintenance activities for state-of-the-art control and instrumentation systems.
- Plan outages, optimise maintenance, and oversee strategic spares.
- Work closely with operations to drive plant performance and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a team of C&I Technicians to ensure maximum plant availability.
- Developing and managing the site’s Computerised Maintenance Management System.
- Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
- Supporting plant commissioning and rectifying performance shortfalls.
What we want from you:
- HNC or higher in electrical/electronic engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Leadership experience and knowledge of DCS, PLC systems, and instrumentation maintenance.
- Background in Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemicals.
- IOSH qualification and experience with Safe Systems of Work desirable.
