What you'll do:As a Senior Manager in Pricing Model Validation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness of our financial models. You will validate cross asset class front office pricing and XVA models, reviewing their applicability and independently implementing scalable benchmark models.   • Validate cross asset class front office pricing and XVA models
  • Review the applicability of models, including their strengths, weaknesses, assumptions and limitations
  • Independently implement scalable and modular benchmark models
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders such as front office, risk department, regulators, and internal and external auditors
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall model risk management framework
  • Participate in model validation aspects of projects and new product approval processes

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in Pricing Model Validation. With excellent academic credentials, ideally holding a PhD in a quantitative field such as mathematics or physics, you will have strong experience with validating pricing models. Your advanced modelling skills across various asset classes coupled with your deep understanding of pricing models, stochastic calculus, stochastic processes and numerical analysis will set you apart. Your proficiency in Excel and C++, along with your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, will be key to your success in this role.

  • Possess excellent academic credentials with a Masters or preferably PhD degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics or physics
  • Have strong experience with validating pricing models
  • Possess advanced modelling experience with either XVA, FX, rates, credit or commodities
  • Have in-depth knowledge of pricing models, stochastic calculus, stochastic processes and numerical analysis
  • Have good working experience in Excel and C++
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently
