We are currently working with a leading internal communications and PR agency, which is looking to hire an Internal Communications professional with previous agency/consulting experience to join the team as an Account Manager.
In this position, you will report to the Associate Director and work as part of a wider internal communications team, supporting clients with a variety of campaigns, cultural change, and employee engagement projects.
Our client is looking for someone creative who is willing to try new things and think of different concepts that can be tailored to suit the client's needs and budget.
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Internal communications and employee engagement experience
- Excellent copyrighting and editing skills
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at any given time
- Ability to write creative briefs and develop videos and storyboards
- Experience with internal communication platforms (Viva Engage, Workvivo, Interact, etc.)
What should you expect?
Variety. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting employee engagement initiatives and campaigns across multiple sectors.
