Market? Fees?

Their average fees are c.£15-25k with no threshold on billings - they are looking for someone with a strong billing background £200k+ over a sustained period to join their team. They have all the infrastructure and resources to be able to deliver on any clients / jobs that you win. With top billers doing £750k+ in perm - this is a high performing environment where even those with 5 years experience will be constantly learning.


Progression?

The opportunities in this team are endless, as they look to grow organically throughout the next 18 months. They have a robust and flat progression structure and are not looking to hold people back within their current role.


Working on Emerging Technologies such as Ai, Data alongside Clean Technologies such as EV, Automation, Wind etc. roles across all professional sectors, on the client side you can expect to:

  • Manage a large volume of incoming roles
  • Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales
  • Have ownership of key accounts to manage and grow
  • Full 360 recruitment role


On the candidate side you can expect to:

  • Rely on a delivery model who has an average time to shortlist 5 cv's in under 5 working days
  • Work with C-level candidates to deliver high fees and then look to utilise the relationship and turn them into a client
  • Aid delivery consultants to display exactly what the clients are looking for
