We are currently recruiting for an EHS Advisor to support a biopharmaceutical company in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general EHS advice, support and guidance as required to all departments and functions manufacturing facility in Hertfordshire.
- Support the continual improvement and development of the Environmental, Health and Safety management systems
- Support all capital projects (CDM Client responsibilities) where required.
- Work collaboratively with the EHS team to provide EHS support (in the role of client) to the Principal Contractor / Designer.
- Advise on design risk assessments, provide client pre-construction information advice and ensure the continued compliance with EHS standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the deployment and digitisation of EHS using EcoOnline: phase 2 modules include A&I reporting, risk assessment, Action tracking, Inspection and audit, E-Permits. Possible use of Ecometrica for Environmental reporting)
- Improve environmental management including identifying environmental aspects and impacts, understand current gaps and improve data collection and reporting process (GHG).
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate previous EHS Consultancy experience specifically client side
- Experience of working in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Biopharmaceutical environment
- Experience of working in a GMP environment
- Working collaboratively with EHS Teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrate previous improvements made in areas such as data collection, reporting processes and understanding current gaps
