The Role

Due to increasing workload, we are looking for an additional project planner to join our client on a full time and permanent basis. The role will predominantly be working within the Water Industry, however you will also get exposure to some other key partners.


This is contracted to 40/week Monday to Friday.


Responsibilities

  • Detailed, contractually compliant project schedules that take into account all aspects of the project.
  • Baselines, assign resources, monitor progress and adjust the project plan accordingly.
  • Collaboratively with the internal / external stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, and critical path.
  • Resource planning and levelling.
  • Project performance to key stakeholders.


Requirements

Essential

  • Contract / programme knowledge / experience.
  • Years in a project controls environment, with detailed experience within project scheduling and resource allocation.
  • MS projects experience.
  • To communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles
  • Management skills


Desirable

  • Industry experience
  • Engineering
  • Project management qualification (or similar)
