As the Acquisition Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a vital role as part of the aggregators and affiliates team, in driving the success of the aggregator acquisition marketing strategy. You’ll take ownership of key partner relationships, optimise technical infrastructure, analyse affiliate channel data, and deliver impactful campaigns across digital channels. Your work will support both direct and partnership-driven acquisition efforts, improving customer journeys and delivering better outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Partnerships: Manage core partners and ensure the optimisation of our technological infrastructure across acquisition channels such as aggregators, search, display, and social media.
- Deliver Campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with a clear test-and-learn approach to refine processes.
- Drive Operational Strategy: Develop and implement an acquisition operations strategy, maximising opportunities across direct and partnership channels by working with the product & digital teams. Able to translate data and tech into operational outcomes to ensure business is meeting acquisition targets through partner channels.
- Ensure Compliance: Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to develop control frameworks and ensure all marketing activity adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journeys, focusing on better customer outcomes and increased funnel conversion.
Experience working in aggregator/affiliate manager or partnership manager roles within financial services or regulated industries is preferred, or you may have worked directly in an aggregator business or affiliate network. You will have good understanding of digital acquisition channels such as affiliates, with some operational/technical experience in the function.
You will be an ambitious individual and keen learner who will work across the businesses product portfolio to drive successful outcomes and also be able to build commercial expertise working with partner channels. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and insights, translating them into actionable strategies and commercial success stories.
