Your Role

As Senior Property Regeneration Lawyer, you’ll tackle a broad spectrum of complex property transactions and development agreements. Your work will directly influence Bury’s growth by:

  • Leading legal aspects of large-scale regeneration projects, including land acquisitions, disposals, and intricate property transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts and agreements in regeneration initiatives
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders—project managers, developers, and legal advisors—to ensure project success
  • Supporting the legal aspects of planning and compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) when needed


About You

  • A qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive experienced in property law
  • Proficient in property transactions, particularly in commercial Landlord and Tenant, development agreements, disposals, and land acquisition
  • Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and communication, with the ability to manage a diverse workload on high-impact projects
