The Role:As a Sales Trainer at Symco Training, you will be instrumental in shaping the capabilities and success of sales teams across the nation. You will engage, inspire, and uplift sales executives through targeted training and strategic workshops. Your role is critical in enhancing our client partners’ profitability and customer service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


• Deliver high-impact training and coaching sessions to elevate sales performance.


• Facilitate customer service and aftersales workshops to drive revenue and customer loyalty.


• Analyse performance data to deliver insightful feedback and actionable reports to senior management.


• Resolve challenges swiftly, adapting training strategies to meet evolving market demands.


• Employ advanced IT skills to streamline and enhance training processes.
