They are now looking for an exceptional Snr UI / UX Designer who can inspire and create the Digital Visual Identity. You will relish the opportunity to apply both your conceptual and hands on skills in an incredibly fast paced environment.

The Job
Play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user interface of digital products. You will work closely with a team of designers, engineers, and product/project managers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces that drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience and brand identity
- Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve usability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and output
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organisation
You
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience as a UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Proficient in Figma and other necessary tools for design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a Lean / Agile methodology, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
