Are you a Senior Project Engineer looking for your next role? Then nexos may have the opportunity you’re looking for. We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join us on a permanent basis in Aberdeen.


You will play a key role in the management of brownfield modification and repair order scopes within your designated project. Your regular duties will include:

  • Owning and reviewing scope plans to ensure that key milestones are met and input to a Contract Improvement Plan as required.
  • Providing input to Contract/Project Reviews where required.
  • Ensuring timely approval of project budgets and CTRs.
  • Carrying out scope categorisation review for all scopes alongside all relevant functions and recording output.
  • Resource management to meet Project plans and functional liaison to support any planned up-mans or down-mans.
  • Fully resource loaded schedule to deliver scope plan, along with accurate resourcing profiles.
  • Timely and controlled Estimating of individual scopes.
  • Timely issue of agreed plans and schedules to drive performance and contract requirements.
  • Effective management of all Project data, drawings and documentation.
  • Ensuring that contract KPIs are met where relevant.
  • Ensuring that invoicing for responsible scope is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that project purchase orders are received in an accurate and timely manner from the client and reviewed accordingly.


To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Degree qualified
  • Proven experience in delivering complex brownfield projects.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to form solid relationships with key stakeholders
