Location: 80% WFH with adhoc travel to Preston AND London (travel to Australia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may be needed)

Rate: £565/d – Umbrella only

Role purpose / summary


Experience in implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions - and supporting technologies in large - complex organisations.

Strong, ‘hands on’ skills in SuccessFactors Recruitment or Time Off. Knowledge and experience in the design and build of related integrations.

Certification in one or more relevant SuccessFactor modules.

Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organisation. Clear, compelling and effective engagement skills are critical.

Ability to plan and run client workshops.

Guide clients on SuccessFactors best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies

Ability to working flexibly, both onsite and remotely. UK travel and limited overseas travel will be required.

Experience of global deployments / experience of solution delivery across multiple geographies

Ensure quality delivery of SuccessFactor solutions
