We are seeking an experienced professional to join our People Services Transformation team as a Shared Services Design Lead. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing shared services within our HRIS and Payroll systems, ensuring smooth integration and driving transformative change within our organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of shared services within HRIS and Payroll areas.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure business requirements align with project objectives.
  • Develop and monitor SLAs and KPIs for shared services.
  • Provide guidance to the implementation team to ensure practical and effective solutions.
  • Standardize processes and procedures for shared services operations.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technological improvements.
  • Assist in change management to ensure smooth transition and adoption of shared services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits, recommending improvements.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in shared service design, particularly in HRIS implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of shared service principles within HR domains.
  • Proven ability in developing SLAs and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with HR platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian.
