Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Execution:

Develop a comprehensive project plan and critical path for the migration.

Execute and monitor the transition plan, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Conduct business analysis to identify and implement necessary changes.

Technical Oversight:

Manage system APIs and ensure seamless integration.

Oversee schemes and ratings adjustments in the new system.

Ensure all documentation changes are accurately reflected and communicated.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Plan and execute unit tests and end-to-end testing to validate the transition.

Address and resolve any issues identified during the testing phases.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

Lead Business Unit (BU) roll-out and change management initiatives.

Shape and deliver presentations and updates to the Executive Committee (ExCo) Steerco.

Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring buy-in and support throughout the transition.

Strategic Initiatives:

While focusing on the transition execution, identify opportunities to increase Premium Finance penetration.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic growth.


Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in executing Premium Finance transition Programmes

Strong track record of delivering complex projects within financial services

Exceptional project management skills, including developing project plans and managing critical paths.

Experience with system migrations

Proficiency in managing system APIs and understanding schemes/ratings.

Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough business analysis and implement necessary changes.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.

Tenacious, resilient, and able to manage complex challenges.

Gravitas to deal with ExCo Steerco and drive strategic conversations.

Ability to navigate and manage project intricacies while maintaining a strategic perspective.
