Senior Interior Architect - Client-side High End Residential



This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a Grade I Estate as part of a Family Office for an UHNWI. You will be part of a new design team led by the Design Director; where you will be responsible for collaborating with the team on interior architecture and interiors. You will be working through all Work Stages.. This project has a high interiors focus with project management. You will need to be a big picture thinker as well as having an eye for detail, fantastic with budgets and deliverables and be results focused.

Collaboration and communication is key, as is passion towards a project of this scale and calibre. This role is based in Paddington and requires 5 days a week in the office.


Skills:

  • Interior Architect with 10 years expreince
  • Detailed Design Experience
  • Experience with Listed Buildings
  • Highly IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software (Vectorworks ideal but not essential)
  • Use and knowledge of NBS ideal but not essential
  • Experience working alongside an Interior Design Team
  • Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including written skills for purpose of reports and correspondence
  • Fluency in spoken and written English


Responsibilities


  • Contribute and assist development the companies design project, in conjunction the Design Director
  • Progress the design with internal and external team members, ensuring quality is maintained throughout
  • Focus on project management
  • Production and management of the drawing register
  • Monitoring of all project outputs in line with the project programme
  • Review, comment and coordinate input from Design Director and external consultants
  • Budget Control
  • Liaise with Design Director/ project team day-to-day and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure all digital and hard copy files are maintained in the correct way
