About the Company:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join one of our high end clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization and requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
About the Role:
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the furniture/workplace industry
- Experience in selling direct to end-users is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience of value selling.
Qualifications:
- Previous background in end-user sales is essential.
- Ideally a university degree.
