What you will bring

  • Ownership you will be a strong team member who demonstrate leadership skills in the right moments
  • Meticulous - whether it is event preparation, cashing up or self-grooming, an eye for detail is an essential tool for any caterer
  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter/ess in a luxury environment is an advantage
  • You must be articulate and comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues

Your responsibilities

  • Our Waiter/esses are responsible for consistently managing and exceeding guest expectations to the highest standards
  • Waiter/esses communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation
  • You will remember and engage with our guests to ensure their memorable experience
  • You will have excellent knowledge of our menus and will be able to communicate these eloquently with our guests
