Account Manager (TO-9CE37)

The role is responsible for maintaining the relationship with the Tesco buying team ensuring that Hallmark deliver to agreed KPI's and consistently being the voice of Tesco within the Hallmark business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Operate as the point of contact for the Tesco account
  • Develop and maintains long-term relationships with key relevant stakeholders
  • Make sure Tesco Critical path is adhered to and requests are dealt with to agreed SLAs
  • Represent Tesco's needs and demands to Hallmark in an appropriate manor escalating where necessary
  • Manage projects with Tesco, working to effectively meet the needs of Tesco & Hallmark
  • Identify opportunities to grow business
  • Be the lynch pin for the Tesco account ensuring everybody is communicating the same message
Your Accountabilities
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer KPI's
  • Identifying and resolve any customer issues
  • Delivering ad hoc projects for Tesco
  • Working with the wider Hallmark team to deliver flawlessly to Tesco
  • To be flexible and adaptable within a team environment
  • To be organised and able to prioritise work
  • To be able to solve problems and think creatively
  • To be consumer centric
  • Detail orientated
  • To be numerate and interpretative skills, good communicator and computer literate
  • To have project management experience and be able to multitask
