Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in driving sales and promoting our products. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Handle transactions accurately using the till, including cash handling and processing card payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking as necessary. Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
- A well presented person with a friendly disposition and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Jewellery retail experience of at least one year is required.
