Industrial Textile Operative– Full time, permanent.
To operate in the Textile Department producing high quality products to the company’s specifications and standards whilst adhering to health and safety requirements.

* Do you enjoy working with your hands to make tangible products, do you have an eye for detail? Put your strengths to work as a textile production operator with our company. You will work as part of a team producing harnesses and slings, in addition to operating machinery, you will learn to inspect, and repair finished products as needed. Full training and development will be provided. What we are looking for: Hardworking individuals with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. - Responsible for sewing high quality products to the company standard.
- Ensure compliance to health and safety guidelines.
- Be able to change machine jigs and adjust the stitch tension for numerous product specifications.
- Achieve output targets while always maintaining quality.
- Accountable for ensuring that your machine is kept in a clean condition.
- Work and contribute as part of a team.
- Undertake other appropriate duties when required to do so.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to undertake training across multiple product lines. Desirable Some experience with machine operation in a factory setting. HOURS / *ORIAU* 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday / *37.5 awr yr wythnos, Llun i Gwener
* Minimum wage or living wage during 3 month probation period
- on completion of a successful probation period, wage will increase to forging rate.
