About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Pizza Maker to join our team for our busy late-night weekend service. This is a permanent part-time position with guaranteed shifts every Friday and Saturday from 9pm to 2am, paid at a premium rate of £17.50 per hour. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekend work, whether alongside another job, studies or other commitments. There will also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts during our regular opening hours, paid at £15 per hour, depending on availability and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, stretching, topping and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard.
- Managing pizza orders efficiently during busy late-night service.
- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Keeping the kitchen and preparation areas clean, organised and stocked.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Assisting with cleaning and closing duties at the end of each shift. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a pizza kitchen or fast-paced food environment is preferred.
- Someone confident working independently and efficiently during busy periods.
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality food.
- The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
- Must be available to work every Friday and Saturday from 9pm to 2am.
What We Offer
- £17.50 per hour for all Friday and Saturday late-night shifts (9pm–2am).
- Guaranteed 10 hours per week across two permanent shifts.
