Barback - part time

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Barback to join our team. It's required that you are comfortable moving multiple kegs at a time for delivery shifts. During busy periods, we have two deliveries a week. Shifts would vary from two weekday shifts (deliveries) and 1-2 weekend shifts looking after the bar, glass wash area and restaurant floor. Your main responsibilities would be deliveries and maintaining a clean and organised cellar. Duties

- Cellar organisation and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout the shift
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic maths skills
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and friendliness
