- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards meticulously to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning dishes
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Support the team with food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal
- Serve breakfast items to guests with friendly professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Experience in meal preparation and serving breakfast dishes preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety procedures necessary for maintaining a safe workspace Pay: £14.50 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 per week
