We work with established UK brands to help them acquire new customers through professional, face-to-face marketing campaigns across residential, business and event environments. The Management Trainee Role As a Management Trainee, you'll begin by gaining hands-on experience across customer engagement, sales and business development while learning the foundations of running and developing a successful team. Your responsibilities will include: Representing established brands through professional face-to-face customer engagement Speaking with customers and understanding their needs Presenting products and services clearly and confidently Building strong customer relationships Working towards individual and team targets Developing communication, negotiation and leadership skills Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions Learning how to support and motivate team members Developing an understanding of team performance and business development Taking on additional responsibility as your skills and experience develop The role is designed to give you practical experience across different areas of the business, with the aim of developing you into a confident team leader and future manager.
