What You'll Do
As a Field Superintendent, you'll work closely with a skilled team of Superintendents, Measure Techs, Field Managers, and our Production Team to:
• Oversee and manage exterior remodeling projects
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and goals
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout each project
• Help M&M maintain our 95% customer satisfaction rate This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in the field and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every job site. Required:
• Residential construction experience (commercial a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with an iPad for project tracking
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs intermittently and 40 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs (sloped and flat), and inspect attics up to 2.5 stories high
