QA Technical Administrator

Main Duties:


•    Provide general administrative and technical support to the QA/QC team.
•    Maintain quality registers, trackers, logs and action lists.
•    Support preparation and control of inspection, test and quality documentation.
•    Assist with collation, review and filing of QA/QC records and supporting evidence.
•    Support configuration management and design change (NCR, TQ's, FCR), deviations and corrective-action administration, including status tracking and close-out.
•    Coordinate documentation associated with inspections, welding, NDE, pressure testing and construction quality activities.
•    Prepare routine reports, dashboards, meeting packs and quality performance information.
•    Support audit, surveillance and Client review activities by collating and retrieving required evidence.
•    Manage interfaces with Construction, Engineering, Welding, Document Control and Project Management on quality-related actions.
•    Support document submission, distribution and retrieval within project electronic management systems.


Requirements:


•    Good attention to detail and document-control discipline.
•    Strong organisational and administrative capability.
•    Ability to manage multiple registers, actions and priorities.
•    Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•    Confidence working with technical documentation and project information.
•    Good communication skills and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
•    A proactive approach to following actions through to completion.
•    Experience of QA/QC processes, NCR management, ITPs, welding documentation, Lifetime Quality Records, Teamcenter or similar systems would be advantageous.
