Job Description: Job OverviewYou will work as part of TE's Aerospace, Defence, and Marine PMO (Project Management Office). You will have responsibility for delivery of a series of Product Development Projects within this Group. You will be expected to drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods and processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business. Developing relationships and maintaining a high-level of communication with cross-functional global teams will be critical. You will be required to act as the primary owner of each project and to report progress to a senior leadership team on a regular cadence and at specific key Milestones during each Project. Day-to-day oversight will be provided by a TE Project Portfolio Manager. The typical activities will be: Your new role:All aspects of Project Management from project inception to completion (production launch) Working with global multi-disciplinary teams to engineer and manufacture aerospace and defence products in a regulated business environment Risk Management and leadership of Risk Assessment activities Development of the Project Business Case alongside the Business Office Reporting on Project status and being accountable for project progress against the Plan Escalation of issues as applicable and utilisation of project change controls Managing and being accountable for a project budget, liaising with Procurement to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials Liaising with customers and suppliers globally Your ideal background: Strong interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organisation functions (internal and external)Able to take ownership of each project and drive good decisions in a non-matrixed leadership position to deliver results Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a demanding environmentExcellent organisational, time management and administrative skillsHigh level of IT capability with detailed experience of Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Project Management Professional (e.g. PMP, Prince 2, APM certifications)A professional level of business acumen and good commercial understandingResults driven Experience with PlaniswareTechnical and commercial education/experience related to Engineering and/or Manufacturing in a similar regulated industry #jobsEMEA #LI-ONSITE Job Locations:Travel Required: None Requisition ID: 144189 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page:
