Join our collaborative team, innovating for smarter, greener cities globally.What you will do We have vacancies for 2 SENIOR TECHNICAL Project Managers - one based in the North of England and one based in the Midlands. Y ou will be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex engagements delivering EV projects to a value of £2m in value with our supply chain and internal service department. What you will have: Proven Project Delivery Experience: You have demonstrable experience managing multiple, concurrent, and complex technology projects.Strong Commercial Acumen: You possess a solid understanding of project finance, contract management (NEC3/4 experience is advantageous), risk mitigation, and identifying commercial opportunities.Compliance: Supporting the compliance aspect of all our installations either in-house or via third parties.Ensuring all work is conducted with full regard to Health and Safety of our staff, subcontractors and the public.Excellent Stakeholder Management: You have a proven ability to manage relationships with customers and key stakeholders, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.Profile What we are looking for Degree level/Technical qualification -or- a project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.Must have completed 18 th Edition Wiring Regulations - while supporting the wider national programme from an electrical compliance point of view.Must have experience managing multiple projects in a concurrent fashion while working with multi-disciplinary teams.Able to provide clear analytical thought, evaluation and problem solving.You must have a full UK driving licence, proficiency in Office 365, and the flexibility for occasional travel and overnight stays.Benefit What we offer As well as providing a competitive salary and benefits package, SWARCO actively runs employee opinion surveys as part of our drive to provide a comfortable and supportive working environment.
