This role is instrumental in ensuring best practices, driving compliance, and fostering a safe workplace culture across our logistics operations.You will be:- Acting as the first point of contact for HSE matters, providing expert guidance to facility management teams.- Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.- Supporting operational teams with incident investigations, trend analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.- Keeping up to date with legislation changes and advising on necessary policy and system updates.- Coaching and mentoring teams to embed a strong safety culture throughout the business.About You:- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent recognised certificate.- Experience in a Health, Safety, Fire & Environmental role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive change.- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.- Ability to compile accurate reports and communicate findings effectively.- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (insured for business use) as travel will be required across a region.
