Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Local Industy Lead, Paper UKAs ABB's Account Manager for the UK Paper Sector, you will own and develop a portfolio of key customer relationships, driving profitable growth in line with business targets. You'll act as the primary point of contact for UK paper customers, ensuring their needs are understood and represented within ABB while coordinating effective collaboration across divisions and business areas. Here, your work creates impact you can see and feel, every day.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Work model: Fully remote (with UK travel) {#LI-remote}Develop a detailed understanding of the UK paper sector, including government policy, customer investment plans, market dynamics, and competitive trends. Become ABB's sector champion and provide regular updates to UK & Cluster Management.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across major UK accounts. Maintain player maps and document sales activities in Salesforce.Lead and deliver selected initiatives within the IAPI UK service growth strategy, including action plans, ownership, and timelines. Report progress to the Industry Lead for Paper UK and Division Management.Collaborate closely with colleagues within your Business Line to drive the growth strategy and encourage aligned behaviours across the organisation.Work with adjacent and clustered ABB business units to deliver customer-focused, cross-portfolio solutions.
